Underground Strength and Conditioning is dedicated to helping our clients realize and achieve their fitness training goals. We take all the necessary steps to ensure every members safety @ Underground Strength. Proper program design, equipment implementation, pre-hab techniques, recovery techniques are all part of the educational process here! Injuries should not be worn as a badge of courage! Train don't drain!
Underground Strength's personal training programs are a series of one-on- one appointments that are properly designed to meet our member's individual goals. This is an educational experience where we first assess you, improve your base level of conditioning, and advance to attacking goal specific skills!
Underground PT is an excellent option for people with varied schedules including athletes, executives, and stay at home parents. Every program is uniquely designed to meet our member's specific goals. Semi private training is also offered for those who enjoy working out with a spouse, friend, or like competing with others with similar goals!
Personal Training Programs Include
Underground Strength's Fit Camp metabolic training classes are sessions ran daily that consist of 5-10 people working in a team environment to melt away fat and improve overall strength and conditioning!
How we do it?
We use implements such as kettle bells, conditioning ropes, weight sleds, suspensions trainers, other strong man and performance tools in a safe and scaled manner to achieve results! The work moves quickly as a coach guides you through a modified workout insuring that each individual is challenged and safe! There are 20 interchangeable fit camp sessions ran wee, so if a session is missed it can be made up!
Each Fit Camp Session Includes
At Underground Strength we know its impossible to "out train" your diet. Nutrition is 80% habit and 20% science, and breaking one bad nutrition habit after another we can rip apart a chain that's been building for years! We educate our members on proper hydration, food choices, nutrient timing, and portion control while increasing energy levels, transforming physiques, and boosting performance along the way. There is no food group cutting here, just coaching of good solid nutrition tactics and strategies you can use forever!

Underground's Fit Camp metabolic class memberships include a basic gym access membership at no additional cost.
